Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@lumiday.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
